I am just loving spending time with my cat and keeping busy!
Plus focusing lots on all my blessings!!

39 Weeks Pregnant Bumpdate:
39 Week Bump Picture:
Not much has changed just are super cute wee girl hiding in there!
She is still sitting all good to go as far as I know which is exciting… definitely getting to the point I just can’t wait to meet her.
Aren’t our bodies amazing with how they can change?
39 Weeks Pregnant – Symptoms:
I have had some good leg cramps again but I am just being super careful to ensure I avoid them.
Still have stretchmarks only on my left hip. I’ve found this amazing massage oil that is designed for stretchmarks and it also stops the itching as my tummy stretches! I am still using it every single day.
This week her movements are not to bad, they have changed a little she moves a little more slowly! I would say because there is less room… still sticks her little feets out.
I have been getting the lightning strikes or knitting needles if you will and holy moly they are an odd sensations! They take your breath away lol…
She is head down now and right down super low, things to be grateful for.
Braxton hicks are getting sort of crazy. Definitely noticing them quite often and they are keeping me up at night on and off… they are enough to be painful sometimes but generally they are more annoying than anything else.
My sleep has got worse this week, having little bits of sleep so far better than none.
Pregnancy symptoms cont.
Nausea has been worse to it kind of mixes with hot flushes.
Ankle and leg swelling not to bad, but uncomfy when it is around.
Not feeling fussy anymore food wise so that’s great! I am just sort of hungry for little bits all the time.
Oh and probably last but not least I STILL have to pee ALL. THE. TIME. Ain’t no advice for this one!
Sleeping is tricky some nights to but I am in love with my body pillow to help make sleeping easier! She really is rough now but taking the weight of being completely on my belly definitely helps.
I have been having the worst sleep but snuggling the body pillow is making it easier.
Being able to lie almost on my tummy stops me rolling on to my back and supports and hip and back pain I am having.
I have a more detailed post on the body pillow so check it out if your struggling with back and hip pain!
39 Weeks Pregnant – Baby’s Size
This week (going off my glow nurture app) baby is growing quickly!
The app recons I have about 7 days of pregnancy to go… 1 week wow…
Baby is 50.7cm long! That is longer than last week… and don’t I know it.
She is weighing at around 3.3 kg, she should be over 6 pounds by now!
Apparently she is currently the size of a… pumpkin!
Pumpkin belly lol!
This weeks prep:
I have been using my Shakti mat 30m a day and it is great pain relief!
I am taking lots of walks in the sunshine which is proving great for my mental state!
Enjoying the company of my fiancé now more than ever!
Lots of little snacks and lost of water!
Plus attempting to get as much sleep as possible…
